Gastritis acid reflux
I did endoscopy last year and was diagnosed with gastritis I went to 2 to 3 drs including homeopathic Dr BT still am not cured . I still feel pain and burning in upper part of stomach and chest pains at night. I m nt seeing any Dr now do I need to go to one

Hello there...., Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine ... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal.. Avoid tight-fitting clothing..Maintain healthy weight...Consult Physician for antigastric medications...
