Gastric trouble
My mother is a diabetic person...But from last one linth she is facing gas priblem and when she takes mefi on empty stomach it gets ok...can you recommend any remedy for it or what to do ??

she can start Tab Rabekind Plus once a day before food.
tell her to complete the dinner by 7pm.
advice her not to take wheat items in the nights,see if it works.
