Hello There. I can understand your concern. what you are taking is correct. razor-d is a antacid and a antiemetic. apettite syrup is also good. you need to make changes in your diet, have smaller meals like instead of three huge meals, have 5 smaller meals. drink lots of water. avoid oily and spicy foods. drink plenty of water. consult a gastroenterologist in person and get a endoscopy also done for further evaluation and management. Best regards, ' Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
