Gastric problem
I'm feeling bloated every night since 10 days even aftr taking tablets.Excess gas is coming frm mouth evry nyt, then also no relaxation found,went to doctor nd they took ECG nd scan everything came normal.. exactly wt is the problem in me,plz do suggest

It can because of slow intestinal movement that can cause gaa to build up intestine
Certain food have increased gas forming tendency
