Gastric problem , Gas not comming out
Gas gets trapped , resulting back and pain in chest . Constant belching . Finding difficulty while going to bed / lying in bed . Chest getting heavy after belching it is normal .

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Eat little less. Don't stuff yourself. Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
