Gastric pain
Spasms in lower left abdomen since morning.
Pain had subsided to minimum in the afternoon but elevated again in the evening. Pain restricted to lower left abdomen and little toward the centre.
Had slept late last night at 2am after having Maggi.
Ran treadmill in gym yesterday after 4 month gap.

Well..
Spasmodic pain may or may not be related to what you are telling..its difficult to pin point without knowing the detailed history and examination... But yes you can take anti spasmodics for relief, keep a hot bag on that region for relief...if symptoms persists consult a surgeon to rule out other causes

Hello there.
Take a tablet buscopan bow and capsule pantoprazole before food.
If it still persists, you will have to consult a doctor in person to get examined.
