Gastric or heart problem
I am 29 year old over weight person suffering with anxiety and on medication.and with that I started having gastric also so using rebari dsr tablets from almost one year.even though I am using I get left side chest pain most of the times.I don't understand whether it is because of gastric or anxiety or some other heart problem.I drink jeera water in the morning.and avoid dal and pulses which forms gastric and makes me uncomfortable most of the time.yestday I got left side upper part chest pain all the day.and burps also.and today I am having down of the left side chest is paining.what care should I take to avoid this problem.is this because of gastric or is this any other problem.when ever I am having chest pain I am feeling very anxious thinking that is it because of gastric or heart problem.recently I stopped using my anxiety medicine etizolem beta and nexito forte or is that because of that.

HI YOU ARE YOUNG. DONT WORRY ITS DOESNT LOOK LIKE HEART PROBLEM. YOU SHOULD HAVE TO CONTINUE ANXIETY MEDICATIONS . TRY TO AVOID SPICY FOOD AND LATE NIGHT DINNER. THER SHOULD BE 2 HOURS GAP BETWEEN YOUR FOOD AND GOING TO BED. DO SOME EXERCISE .
