Dear sir Occasions babies can spit up or vomit small amounts of milk after feeding. This is quite normal. If your baby is gaining weight adequately and active there is nothing to worry about Proper burping after every feed will reduce vomiting or spitting up Gastica drops are usually given for colic and need not be given to your baby for vomiting
Next Steps
Consult your Pediatrician if your baby has poor weight gain or has other symptoms like fever or poor feeding
Health Tips
Exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age Burping after every feed

Hi. Burp the baby after every feed for 10-15 min or hold him erect. If baby is gaining weight adequately then nothing to worry. If baby is vomiting after every feed and not gaining weight, consult nearby paediatrician.
Next Steps
Gastica drops occasionally can be even.
