Gassy baby
My 2-month old breasfed baby is too gassy. I'm consuming cow's milk everyday. Is it the cause of too much gas in my baby? Should i avoid cow's milk while breastfeeding?

Hi, thanks for writing to Practo consult. some babies on Brest feed do have this. If baby is fine with it, with no discomfort, FONT WORRY AT ALL. If baby has discomfort, then try to do cycling motions of legs with baby lying on back and press legs on tummy, or put baby on tummy on flat surface with face turned to one side and massage back in circular motion. Both shd help baby relieve gas. This problem will decrease once baby starts to turn on tummy by 3 months age .
