Hi doctor My stomach is bloat with gas , I am a heavy non veg eater, but wen I take this gelusil it become normal , any advises to avoid stomach bloat

See i thing i want to clear u ur change in ur eating habit is ur best medicine... And second thing taking gelusil is not a treatment because its giving u a symptomatic relief.... And after cont use of these day comes when no antacid will work on ur disease... And side effects u urself going to experience after some days... I m not opposing any pathy but u urself creating trouble for urself by excessive using it i m prescribing u some medicines these will.help u a lot...

Have non veg only at lunch .. never at dinner. only home made non veg is better. Should use mild carminative spices for non veg preparations.  Along with nonveg dont take curd/ milk/ milk products like sweets .. Drink ginger boiled water along with food. Morning empty stomach before bath apply warm sesame oil to whole body by own hands with out applying pressure for few minutes and do Baski or Any exercise Which create work over abdominal muscles and fat.. upto axilla / forehead sweets or respiratory rate increase.. these simple things help you to assimilation of good qualities of non veg diet too..
