Gas trouble for two month old baby
Helo doctor, my two month old baby boy is having gas trouble and making sounds while passing stool, I am giving neopeptine drops daily as suggested by doctor but still the problem is same, can I use bonisson syrup instead of neopeptine.

It’s normal in babies upto 6 months of age .so please don’t give any medications for that
