Gas problem
My baby is 2months old, she could not able to pass gas freely and used to cry while passing it. She used to start crying during early morning only. Please suggest me can i use colimex drops every day and what will be the dose for 2months baby.

Maam you can give colocarmine drops.. 5 drops twice a day...
Colimex drop is contraindicated below 6 month of age..
