Gas Post food consumption
Gas starts to build in my stomach around 3 hours after lunch. Earlier this used to occur when I used to eat food from office. Now I face this issue even during weekends. Irrespective of home cooked food or I order out. What kind of specialist do I need to visit.

hiii formation of gas is completely normal... i would suggest u not to keep ur stomach empty fr long...hve snacks bw ur meals and hve small meals...sometimes proteins also cause gas..hve balance diet....tk lots of water nd fibre rich diet..hope dis shud help

formation of gas is normal but in excess production and frequency is abnormal....try to drink more water ve ur food on time regularly avoid oily and spicy foods...add on more roughage like green leafy veg...carrot etc consult a physician or gastroenterologist.
