Gas issue which is creating restlessness

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hello Doctor, for the last 2 days i had loosemotion, stomach cramps and gas and slight fever but today loose motion and fever is gone but still i m getting stomach cramps and whenever i eat anything gas is getting formed and creating inconvenience in the upper abdomen and chest area. Can you please suggest some medication for this. I have been given O2 and Spasmelan from my family doctor yesterday.

As per your symptoms it seems to be a Gastro Intestinal Infection and your line of treatment seems to be ok but you needs some probiotics and Ors and you should be fine
