Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Constipation has got nothing to do with the kidney stone.
Drink plenty of fluids slowly the stone will melt.
Avoid stone forming foods.
Have a high fiber diet for constipation.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
