Please ensure you are eating small portions at a time. Also look for any particular foods that trigger gassy feeling. Avoid spices, junk, oily and fried foods. Drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water and ensure you are not giving too much of gap between each meals. Also get 7-8 hours of sleep and do 45 minutes of exercise.
