Gas after day and night meals and consti
I have i.b.s, constipation,too much gas after meal. Calcium deficiency. Doctor prescribe pan 40 two times before meal not suit. I suit pan 40 with after night meal and rantac 150 two times before meal. Can i take Goldcal with pan 40 after meal.
