5mg is very small dosage & most common side effects are nausea, indigestion , feeling of agitation , dry mouth , loss of appetite, wait gain
Only few people experience Sexual side effects include decrease desire, delayed orgasm etc
These side effects are not permanent and will go away once stop the medication or over time
If these side effects are bothering you ( there are lot of other medication available)
