Gallstones, Jaundice & Mild fatty lever
I am having pain in stomach since 3rd March which subdued with anafortran injection. 6th March I got USG full abdomen & blood test report.USG Report says mild fatty lever & 3 echogenic gravels gall bladder, largest is 6mm & it may represent soft calculi. Blood test reports 5.9 bilrubin,376 SGOT,565.9 SGPT. Doc says it jaundice with gallstones. Given me Ursomax 300, Peptard D,Zifi OZ, Zincomax,Liv 52 & Anafortran. My stomach is high and be there for 4-5hrs or more when it happens and goes away sometimes with medicine. I had earlier similar stomachache with less pain in past 2-3 times in last 2months. For gallstones, doc saying removal of gall bladder is only option for which I am afraid  on being controlled diet lifelong as I stay away from family for my job. Is there any effective faster alternative for this? What about gallstones lithotripsy? Kindly help me urgently as I am not sure what to do?
