I am 47 years old, had a menopause at 35 but last month had bleeding. USG shows (1)thick endometrium 6.3mm, size 74 x 28 x 50 MM, (2) multiple echogenic foci, largest 7.5mm in Gallbladder and its wall thickness 3.1mm (3) grade 3 fatty liver

What do u want to know regarding this.. You need to first undergo an endometrial biopsy and after that laproscopic cholecystectomy with TLH if needed accordingly .
