Mother is 66 years old, height 4'5 inch, weight 52 kg and has both Copd and Severe Sleep Apnea.. Currently using CPAP since last 2 months.. She also has thyroid, bp and anxiety.. Has multiple gallstones size 8 mm.. Very mild pain sometimes.. No vomiting ever.. No fever ever.. Good appetite.. Is she fit for surgery next month or should we delay it?

Her cardiac and respiratory condition if good, then only she can be considered for surgery. She will be high risk candidate for laparoscopic surgery. For her open surgery under regional anasthesia will be good option , that too if she is having symptoms due to gall stones
