Gall stones with Liver disease.
I have been detected with gall stones. mrcp findings show cholelithiasis. Lower insertion of cystic duct into CHD. I am having deranged LFT. SGOT 115 , SGPT 289, ALP 141, bilirubin total 1.6. mrcp shows symptoms of chronic liver disease. Liver shows contracted right lobe with enlarged caudate lobe. Margin shows mild irregularity. My doctor suggested lap. Cholecystetomy surgery. Please suggest cause of liver disease and treatment.
