Gall stone
I took ultrasound scan on 2019 and its mentioned that gall bladder polyp with 7mm and my latest report mentioned calculas with size 6.9 mm. What is the difference between gall bladder poly and stone  ? What is the treatment for this?

It was stone only,  wrongly reported as polyp. Will need surgery Dr sarang D

Gall bladder polyp is a growth arising from the Gall bladder wall, whereas gall stone is sedimentation and formation of stone in the lumen of GB. Treatment of GB stone is surgical removal of Gall bladder that is Cholecystectomy.
