Asked for Female, 57 Years

My Mom is suffering from Gall bladder stone. Doctor has asked for surgery. On checking the heart rate currently it is LVEF 25% Earlier she was suffering from minor attack almost 7 yrs back. I need to know if we can go for Gall bladder surgery with such heart condition.
