After 1 week have started feeling headache ear presssure and back paun
Why is it happening and in how many days will it subside

The Gall bladder surgery usually does not have head or ear ache as a complication. It may be due to Viral infection or some unrelated event .
Next Steps
I suggest you see a ENT surgeon for needful.
