In the mean time due to current situation I'm not being able to go for doctor consultation so I want to know is it okay to take this medicine ( Udilv 300) ? Now I'm having feverish from 22 the May and my house physician have prescribed Antibiotic and Vitamin C and I'm having these medicines too. Is there any problem with this?

Rule out covid. Warning signs like pain in abdomen after eating Spikes of fever, any jaundice. Go for elective surgery

Gallbladder sludge is itself an indication for surgery but on elective basis unless there is any complications associated with it. So far as fever is concerned I suggest you to get COVID ruled out by visiting nearby facility.  When covid is ruled out we can workout on other causes of fever.

There is no problem with taking medicines if you are symptomatic. But medical treatment is not the definitive treatment of this condition... although it is resolving symptoms but cannot be taken for long....also there is a risk of further complications.
Next Steps
get lap/open cholecystectomy done

Taking udiliv with antibiotics might alter the functions of the medications but not grieviously. If you have been taking udiliv for a longer period now you can stop it. gall bladder sludge does not require immediate treatment if asymptomatic whereas your fever and other symptoms are a priority at this point of time. Continue with your antibiotics.
Next Steps
after your complaints subside get a repeat ultrasonography done and you can continue with udiliv if required.
Health Tips
keep in touch with your treating consultant for every complain that you face.
