Can i use galact powder to increase my breast milk supply as i have lower milk supply. My milk is not sufficient for my 2 months old baby boy and it is a normal delivery

Apart from it drink 4-5 ltr of water everyday
Keep yourself hydrated.
And breast feed the child with proper steps of good attachment.
