Gaining weight instead of losing
I am 172 cms and used to weigh around 82.5kgs. From a week I started workout and controlling my diet. Instead of losing weight I am gaining. Now I weigh around 85.5. I gained 3 kgs in a week. What could be the reason. What should I do?

When you start working out weight increases as due increases in muscle mass. But if you continue you’ll see changes in inches . So don’t worry keep up the good work
