Gad and stomach ache
Hello Doctor, My wife is facing mild gas and ache in stomach from yesterday. Her expected period date is 23rd this month. She is saying this is not kind of period pain.

It could be due to gastritis. Give her some antacids , if there is no relief then consult a doctor.
