Fungus problem
I have a dandruff problem from past 3-4 years. As of now it turns out that it’s a fungus problem cause I get a lot of itches and if I try to scratch then dirt gets collected in nails and flakes comes out. If I wave my hair from hand then the flakes starts showering. I’m way to much frustrated with this.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem. Please call me or contact me with photos through online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.,

You can use Salisia KT lotion as shampoo for now. But you need to get your scalp properly examined to know whether the excessive flaking is because of seborrheic dermatitis or an inflammatory condition like psoriasis. Kindly do not delay the treatment and get a consultation done with a qualified dermatologist how are you can get an online consultation privately with pictures if you wish. Hope this is helpful.
