Fungus attack
Sir I have affected by fungus in the area of testis and penis not buttock area air.....it affected like big pimple area

Fungal infection or ring worm...common in the skin folds...sweaty areas...seen as itchy, red or black spots mostly circular shape... avoid sweating, exchange of clothes and soap.. treatment depends on the severity and location of the fungal infection..so do direct online consultation by sending photos or meet me in my clinic for proper diagnosis and treatment.

It may be scabies or scrotal eczema. Fungal infection does not affect scrotum. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
