hello sir.. Fungal infection definitely has a treatment, but its more conservative than any surgical. It should heal, many of the times by topical anti fungal or sometimes oral antifungals. very rarely it requires a culture and sensitivity to go for any other specific antifungals. Sometimes the warts are the ones which cause the problems which can be treated by other interventions like radiofrequency etc., Its better if u consult with the details of exact lesions and the treatment required.
