I have 101 fever from last day and it is not going and i have whitish layer on my tounge and i am getting burps while sleeping and in some body areas i am getting hot and cold and feeling weekness all over the body

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. If it still persists, consult me in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
