Fungal or its insect bite

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I m suffering from this issue All of sudden it happen in the morning It is burning and i m unable to touch it also Earlier i was suffering from fungal infection which was quite for like 5 days and suddenly this morning this happen on the same place where fungal spot took place And the small one is new and alike 2 more spots are dere Fungal spot automaticlly aroused today morning And this is different than those spots Please help.
