Fungal infection under foreskin
I have Whitish patches/dead skin under foreskin from past 2-3 days and it itches alot . This dead skin removes every time i wash and come back again

It's a whitish membrane which is forming presumptively due to a fungal infection like a candidal balanoposthitis. We need to rule out diabetes in you as well.
