Fungal Infection
I seem to have fungal infection in my genitals. It's itchy, esp. during night time accompanied by thick white discharge. The skin appears to have slight bumps although no redness is observed. Can I use over the counter anti-fungal cream?

over the counter creams may not do good for you as there are many combinations.
From the description it may be fungal infection. where in you will have to apply ointment for 2 to 3 months and if necessay oral medicines too. so consult a gynaecologist
