Fungal infection. This infection.

2 years back, I had severe fungal infection (ringworm), all over my body, which was very difficult to treat, and wasn't resolving with topical antifungal medicine, so I had to use apple cider vinegar, & betadine on skin to solve all the ringworms, that took a year, to resolve. After the ringworm was gone from my skin, later I used to have pain in the penis, the doctor prescribed me oral antifungal and the pain in the penis also resolved, but now after continuing to use oral antifungal for 4-5 months I stopped the medicine, but then, the pain in the penis comes back, also, my skin where the ringworms were previously there start to itch, also I slowly start to get more and more weakness after stopping, to I'm not able to stop the oral antifungal medicine, also I suspect I internally have fungal infection in my body now, and I know just continuing the oral medication will not clear the infection, and also harm my liver, so what treatment can I have now, to resolve this infection. thank u
