Functional Dyspepsia,PP Dystress syndrom
Antral Gastritis, no Helicobacter Pyroli infection. Pain in left side of chest while swallowing food. Chest PA view, ECG, Echo cardiography, TMT all are Normal. Liver and Kidney function test Normal. Stool Occult Blood Nil but Mucus Present. Urine and Stool Culture Normal. Upper GI Endoscopy said Antral Gastritis and RUT test showed No H.Pyroli infection. Esophagus and Deodinum Normal. Fundus and Body of Stomach Normal, but Antral Side of Stomach showed Antral Gastritis. No Pain in Abdomen, no heaviness of Stomach after eating. No bloating. Only Pain in left side of chest While swallowing food. Pressure immediately after eating food. Stool not clear, decently type. Taking Rabiprazole 40mg and Ganaton OD 150 mg once daily. But No improvement. Kindly suggest.
