Fully Bald in 30 days. On back left.

Hi, I have been suffering from Male Pattern baldness since last 7 years, I tried alopathy treatment, I went on homeopath treatment, used Minoxidil 5% with finestride also. But there was no positive response. But from last 6 months I was not suffering any hair fall, but suddenly in March 2020 the hair started shedding and I lost 100% hairs within 30 days.     Firstly I observed small patches on head and Severe thinning of hair, as the days passed, huge chunks of hair started falling i.e full hand of hair comes out. The patches started merging with each other and within few days only miniature hairs were left, of which all the miniature haira also shedded after few days. Now my head feels like a smooth tennis ball. My query is that what is it, is it alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, alopecia universalis. Secondly when will my hairs start growing. As in some areas like side burns started growing miniature hair. How much time will it take my hair to grow back. Ony some hairs on back left.
