  4. Fullness in right Ear. Any ear drops?

Fullness in right Ear
Since 2 days, I have a feeling of little fullness in my right ear and I hear little wind sound sometimes. No pain. No other symptoms. What is it? Can you please prescribe any ear drops?

Any ear fullness has to be examined.. Is there any history of trauma? Can be due to wax Drops cannot be given without knowing proper cause
