  4. Full Body pain. Suggest me any tablet.

My self Aishwarya I have taken covid test 2weeks before and the result is positive and I don't have symptoms for this. after that I visit a government hospital they prescribed me some tablets(Azithromycin, zinc, vitamin-Bcomplex) and sent me to home quarantine for 14days and now I don't have any symptoms like fever, cough or sneeze but for past 3 days I got heavy body pain on front & back shoulder, neck, Legs, hands and low hip. And I take zerodol-P tablet yesterday morning and night but no improvement. So what tablet is best for this. Please suggest me any tablet.

The prolonged use of gadgets and prolonged rest during this period must have caused muscle stiffness. Avoid gadgets, start moving your joints and things will improve.
