Full body checkup of a smoker

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am a smoker and I recently quit. I still drink. I have irregular periods. I have an ovarian cyst on the surface of my ovary diagnosed 2 years back which was said to be benign but I want to recheck that too. I want to have a full body check up and want to know everything that is wrong with my body and get fixed. What do I do next? Which doctor do I consult to?
