  4. FTS report. To be worried about.

FTS report
Hi, I am 12 weeks+ pregnant. I went for my NT scan and the doctor mentioned that everything is normal in the scan. Suggested few FTS blood test. I have attached my blood report here. I will be consulting my doctor soon however for my peace of mind pls advise if the reports are okay or is there something to be worried about.
