FSH 22,low spermcount , varicocele

My age is 34.
My advance semen analysis report days
sperm count us 1.7 million Concentration.
Total ejaculated 2.89 millions.
Teratoma criteria says
Normal sperm 3%
Scrotal scan shows varicocele.
Also FSH level 22. Which is high.
How can I reduce my FSH level. Please help what treatment I follow? Will varicocele surgery will improve spermcount

Dear patient, it's best recommended to go for vericocele surgery as soon as possible to stop your sperm count to decline further.
Plan anything and everything after that.
