Fruit/vegetable allergy
Hello! About four years ago I started to become extremely sensitive to eating raw fruit, especially apples, avocados, peaches & mango). It would make my mouth and throat extremely itchy and irritated, although cooked fruit gives me no problems. Recently, I have noticed that raw vegetables (string beans, pea pods, lettuce) also give me that uncomfortable itch in my throat, but when cooked are fine. I'm guessing this is an allergy, but why both fruit and veg??
