I ate a frozen yogurt Cheerio at 7pm last night, it’s now 12:30 pm. It feels stuck in my throat. I’ve tried coughing, gagging, puking, gargling water, salt water, milk, cocoa cola, jumping jacks, lying on my back swallowing water, pushing my chin to my chest while drinking water. It doesn’t seem to budge. I’m not sure what else I can do to get it to go down.

It is unlikely for frozen yogurt is stuck inside your throat. Sometimes there can be injury at the entry level of your food pipe which feels like sensation of something stuck. Unless you have severe difficulty in swallowing you need not worry about it
