Front tooth decay
His 04 front milk tooth has become brown in colour like tooth decay. These are milk teeth, does require treatment. However he brush daily twice but still deacy increasing. Plz suggest

If the decay has already set in it will need to be treated. You need to get your child checked by a Pediatric Dentist at the earliest and get any treatment that is necessary initiated at the earliest.
