Front anterior pain
Hi. I have a needle type pain in my front anterior. It doesn't pain when I walk but I walk carefully. There's sharp pain when I touch that part of my thigh. I have taken ultracet right now

It could just be a muscle spasm or sprain.  Take mild anelgesics, hot and cold fomentation, rest. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist. If it's just a muscle sprain, it should reduce with above treatment.
