From last one week i get fever
I have been having fever from last one week mostly in evening time. I even gt headache i have checked my eyes number is same which i use to have before.

Hello .. Fever for 1 week should be investigated. It could be due to various reasons.
Few clinical details regarding cough, bodyache, pain abdomen, loose stools, burning micturition etc may help in finding the focus of infection.
Depending on provisional diagnosis based on your symptoms further investigations and treatment can be done.
General advice would be to take plenty of fluids, keep yourself hydrated, Healthy diet and Tab paracetamol 500mg 1 tab in case of fever.
