It doesnt occur regurarly... sometimes months passed by but my mensturation doesn't occur... what to do??

Hi you may provide more details like your weight, life style, whether pcos or not, any procedure under gone etc. If you gained weight or pcos or eating lods of junk foods etc sometime may disturb your cycles.
